Hey guys, it's um, it's Nikki. Um, I just wanted to post this video, you know, watch me shrink and stuff

And I wanted to say that I now weigh 147.3, which is really really good. It's been like I think this is the third week

So, um, yeah now I started carb cycling so things are definitely getting better

Although I just started so yeah, um

But yeah, I'm pretty happy with everything so I'm gonna go ahead and show you what I look like and um
